What are the current Requirements?
- Must have a 550 or higher Credit Score.
- House NET income must Be 3X more than the Monthly Rent.
- Pass Criminal Background. No Felonies.
- Have No Eviction and/or Housing Debt.
- Pass 2 Years of Rental History Check (First-time renters are allowed).
- Must be able to Verify Employment with at least 6 months on current job. If self-employed, please check with the leasing office for requirements, before applying.

Yes.
All Applicants must have a 550 or higher Credit Score.

Is there an Application or Administration Fee?
Yes
- $50.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee per Adult (Over 18 of age or older), That will be living in the household.
- $200.00 Administration Fee, one-time paid. (Only refundable, if applicants decide to cancel their application inside a 24hr time window of once submitted the application).

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed.
- 2 Pets maximum per home are allowed, either a combination of a Cat or a Dog.
Fees per Pet:
- $250.00 Pet Deposit Fee, one-time registration (Non-Refundable).
- $25.00 Monthly Pet Fee.
Dog Restrictions:
- Small to middle size breeds only.
- No Dogs Over 20lbs (When fully grown).
- Non-aggressive breeds.
